I love that you think of things I need before I even know I need them… that you care about the budget and are always mindful of costs… that you are all so organized and, in fact, organize each others’ organization… that you are consummate professionals… that you treat everyone, from conference attendees to hotel staff, in the same warm way… that you can be onsite for 3+ weeks and are still ready, willing and able to give it your best… that I arrive onsite, expecting to spend hours going through boxes, only to find everything unpacked and labeled… that you are like elves in Santa’s workshop – I go to bed and the next morning everything is packed and ready to go.
